In this webinar Professor Anthony King will discuss ways of improving patient adherence and elements to consider in clinic when treating Glaucoma.

The talk will explore the latest data on the extent of non-adherence in glaucoma patients and the factors underlying non-adherence to topical glaucoma medications, review the evidence to support practical interventions to improve non-adherence and discuss alternative treatment options to address non-adherence.

SPEAKER BIO

Professor Tony King is a consultant ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist at Nottingham University Hospital where he is the lead clinician for the Glaucoma Service. He is also an Honorary Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Nottingham.

His primary research interest is clinical management of glaucoma - particularly advanced glaucoma.

Professor King is past Chairman of the UK and Eire Glaucoma Society and Royal College of Ophthalmologist glaucoma lead for development of a National Ophthalmic Database.
