Arif Karim is a UK based Optometrist and entre­pre­neur. With­in Optom­e­try, Arif has worked wide­ly in the con­tact lens indus­try sit­ting on var­i­ous pan­els and boards around the world. A reg­u­lar on the con­fer­ence cir­cuit, Arif enjoys deliv­er­ing work­shops and train­ing on prac­tice improve­ment, cus­tomer jour­ney and opti­mis­ing the retail and clin­i­cal aspects of mod­ern inde­pen­dent practice.
